摘要
紧急事件响应是政府的基本职责。紧急事件响应机理研究对政府建立紧急事件响应机制具有一定的现实意义。紧急事件的响应过程实质上是相关信息的互动过程 ,并在此基础上对紧急事件响应中的时间构成、信息来源。
Emergency response is the basic accountability of the government. To study the principles of emergency response has great practical meaning in constructing its mechanism. This paper shows that the response process is in fact the interaction of relevant information, and discusses the time formation, information resource, decision methods and implementation characteristics of emergency response.
