摘要
在知识型企业中,知识型员工以知识的创造、利用和增值为主要工作内容。传统薪酬战略无法真正调动知识型员工的创新主动性和工作积极性。而全面薪酬战略却能全面激励员工,充分发挥薪酬对组织战略的支持功效。它包括奖酬激励、福利激励、成就激励和组织激励四大部分,共同构成完整的薪酬战略体系。
This article touches first on the definition of knowledge workers. Then it designs a knowledge workers' motivation mechanism that fits the conditions in China. In addition, it puts forward an all-around compensation strategy that includes the reward motivation, welfare motivation, achievement motivation and organization motivation. This strategy breaks the limitations of traditional compensation system that emphasizes the material factor and ignores the mental factor.
