摘要
文章以金属淬火冷却过程的连续过冷沸腾换热理论为基础,利用非线性热分析的有限元 算法,以有限元分析软件ANSYS为分析工具,对45钢带台阶厚壁管类工件水淬过程进了计算机 模拟,得到瞬态温度场分布,给出了可视化的分析结果,并对计算结果进行分析.
On the basis of the boiling heat transfer theory of continuous cooling during the quenching process of metal, the finite element method of the thermal analysis and FEM software ANSYS are used to simulate quenching process of the thick - wall tube with step whose material is middle - carbon steel. By means of computer simulation, the distribution of transient temperature field and the visible analysis results can be obtained. At last, the calculated results are analyzed.
