摘要
研究了应用于连续固体激光电源Buck开关型主电路的零电流软开关技术,以及BuckZCS型变换器的拓扑结构;分析了该变换器的工作过程;给出了仿真和实验结果。该技术适合于激光电源负载变化范围较大的工况条件,较大地提高了固体激光电源的可靠性和整体效率。
The zero current switching (ZCS) technique used in Buck chop main circuit was studied and the topology of ZCS converter and its working process were analyzed as well.The simulation analysis and the experimental results are presented.This technique is suitable to the laser power under the condition of large load range.The utility of this technique can greatly improve the reliability and efficiency of solid laser power system.
