摘要
提出了通过对Ronchi光栅的Talbot效应所产生的莫尔条纹周期的计量来测量小角度的方法。并在此基础上推导了角度的计算公式,分析了这种方法的测量精度。这种角度测量方法不需要转动部件且有速度快,精度高实时的特点。
A new method for small angle measurement is presented,which is accomplished by obtaining the angle of moire stripe formed by Talbot effect of Ronchi grating.The formula of calculating the long focal length from the angle of moire stripe is derived.Error analysis demonstrates that this method can be applied to the real-time testing with high accuracy.
