摘要
以杆式超声电机为研究对象,通过理论分析、计算机模拟和实验研究等,得出了压电陶瓷片在杆式超声电机振子中的安放位置,即压电陶瓷片应安放在压电振子应变最大处。该结论为优化设计杆式超声电机提供了一个重要理论依据。
It's very important to locate the position of piezoelectric ceramic plate in the design of rod-type ultrasonicmotor. Through theoretical analysis,finite element analysis,numeric simulation and experiment, It can be concluded that the piezoelectric ceramic plate should be placed where the vibrator has maximum strain. The conclusion can be looked as a reference in the design of rod-type ultrasonicmotor.
