摘要
研究了以季铵盐为催化剂,乙酰氯与正丁醇为原料合成乙酸正丁酯的反应,并考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明,当醇酰比为1:1.8,催化剂用量为2.5 g,反应温度为10℃,反应时间为20 min时,乙酸正丁酯的产率可达85%以上。
The synthesis of butyl acetate with acetyl chloride and n-butanol as reactants and quaternary am- monium salt as catalyst has been studied. The influent factors of reaction were investigated. The results showed that the reaction conditions were: molar ratio of butanol to acetyl chloride was 1 : 1. 8, the weight of catalyst was 2. 5 g, reaction temperature was 10℃, reaction time was 20 min, the yield of butyl acetate can reach over 85%.
