摘要
通过确定黄曲霉分离培养基及显色剂 ,采用自然分离的方法挑选出来的菌株 ,酶活力有所提高。此方法优于一般的分离方法 ,挑选菌株简便。
The enzymatic vitality of the selected bacterial strain has improved a lot through natural separation after the streak reagents of the new culture medium for separation of aspergillus flavus were confirmed. Besides, the way is simple, convenient and intuitionistic for bacterial strain selection and proved better than the traditional ones.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
