摘要
从分析平面五杆机构的相对杆长关系入手 ,给出了平面五杆机构可装配条件及五杆机构中周转副存在的充要条件 ,并据此对平面五杆机构的构型进行了分析 ,得出了平面五杆机构中无条件三曲柄、无条件双曲柄、曲柄摇杆机构、双摇杆机构存在的条件 ;并借助于计算机机构仿真的方法 ,研究了双曲柄混合输入五杆机构的连杆曲线随机构尺寸参数和运动参数变化的新规律。
Based on the analysis of the link length of a planar five-bar, the assemblability of linkage and the sufficient and necessary condition of the existence of full revolvable joint are proposed. Then, the type of the planar five-bar linkage is analyzed. The existence condition of unconditional triple crank, unconditional double crank, unconditional crank-rocker and double rocker are derived. Based on computer mechanism simulation, the coupler curve of a hybrid five-bar linkage with double crank are investigated and some laws of coupler curve are derived for the first time.
