摘要
目的 探讨马来酸罗格列酮和二甲双胍联合用药对 2型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法 采用开放随机平行对照方法将 86例 2型糖尿病患者分为两组。研究组 4 5例 ,口服马来酸罗格列酮和二甲双胍 ;对照组 4 1例 ,口服二甲双胍。治疗前后分别测定空腹和餐后血糖、HbA1c、血清胰岛素、C肽水平、血压和血脂。结果 研究组能使空腹和餐后血糖、HbA1c、血清胰岛素、C肽、收缩压、舒张压和甘油三酯水平明显下降 ,在改善空腹和餐后血糖、降低血清胰岛素、C肽方面 ,显著优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 马来酸罗格列酮和二甲双胍联合用药可明显降低血糖 ,改善胰岛素抵抗 ,减轻胰岛β细胞负荷 ,使胰岛
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the combined application of rosiglitazone maleate and metformin in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus .Methods 86 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups.The study group 45 cases , were orally taken rosiglitazone maleate and metformin.The control group 41 cases , were orally taken metformin.The level of FBG , 2HPG , HbA1c , Insulin and C-P were measured before and after the treatment .Results The study group could obviously decrease the level of FBG,2HPG , HbA1c , Insulin and C-P(P<0.05), and was better than the control group. ConclusionThe study group can obviously decine the blood sugar , improve the Insulin Resistance and relieve the pressure of Ins β cell ,improve the function of Ins β cell.
