摘要
在稀土掺杂碱硼硅酸盐(ABS)玻璃形成能力研究的基础上,采用核磁共振NMR、红外激光拉曼光谱等测试手段研究该种玻璃的结构特征。研究结果表明,[SiO4]2-、[BO4]5-和[BO3]3-等结构单元通过[SiO4]4--[BO4]5-、[BO4]5--[BO3]3-、[BO3]3--[SiO4]4-等连接方式构成了玻璃网络结构,形成了巨大的介稳体系,稀土Sm3+等阳离子则填充在网络空隙之中。光谱研究结果表明,Sm3+掺杂ABS玻璃对1.06μm波长的激光具有很强的吸收,当稀土含量达到20mol%时,玻璃在1.06μm波长的透过率仅为0.03%。
The structure on the basis of forming ability study of rare earth doped ABS glass is studied by NMR and IR spectrum technology. The results show that the large metastable structure of ABS glass doped with rare earth was made up of [SiO_4]^(4-)- [BO_4]^(5-), [BO_4]^(5-)- [BO_3]^(3-) and [BO_3]^(3-)- [SiO_4]^(4-) units, while Sm^(3+) and other cations were filled in the glass network gaps. On the other hand, the spectrum results indicate that the ABS glass doped with Sm^(3+) have strong absorptive ability at the laser wavelength of 1.06μm. When the content of rare earth reaches 20%, the transmission is only 0.03% at 1.06μm.
