摘要
目的 :探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)和重组异种骨 (RBX)复合 (bFGF/RBX)后的临床应用。方法 :将bFGF/RBX用于脊柱后路融合 2例、股骨骨不连 2例、骨缺损修复 5例、成骨不全弯曲畸形截骨矫形 1例 ;于术前和术后 10d、 4、 8、 12周查静脉血Ca2 + 、p3 - 、AKP及摄片。结果 :(1)除 2例AKP值于术前、后变化显著外 ,其余 8例病例的AKP值及全部病例的Ca2 + 、p3 - 值均正常 ;(2 )X线平片显示 :骨痂生长丰富、愈合时间提前 ;(3 )无排异反应、感染 ,术后热均于术后 4~ 5d至正常。结论 :bFGF/RBX的成骨能力强 ,能缩短愈合时间 ,是组织相容性好、骨源丰富且安全的生物复合材料。
Objective: To explore the osteogenesis and osteoinductive capability of RBX with bFGF(bFGF/RBX)in clinical application.Methods:bFGF/RBX were used in curing 10 patients:2 cases were of bone grafting and arthrodesis of spine through posterior approach,2 cases were of femoral nonunion,5 cases were of bone defect,1 of osteotomy for deformity of osteopsathyrosis;Ca 2+ ,p 3- ,AKP of venous blood were measured before operation and 10 days,4weeks,12 weeks after implantation of bFGF/RBX respectively,bone radiographs were taken concomitantly.Results:All cases were followed up for 3~18 months postoperatively;(1)The blood level of Ca 2+ ,p 3- in all cases were in normal ranges,the level of AKP before and after bone transplantation did not changed significantly except in two cases;(2)Profuse callus?quicker remodeling and recovering were seen on radiograph;(3)Neither immune rejection nor infection were found in all cases,and their fever resolved 4~5 days postoperatively.Conclusion:bFGF/RBX is a safe combinating biomaterial with obvious capability of osteoinductive and osteogenesis,satisfactory histocompatibility and rich bone sources,it can shorten the period of bone healing obviously by clinical using for children cases.
