摘要
西南联大的管理者将中国儒家思想中的人文精神和西方的人文主义管理思想结合起来,形成了中西融合独具特色的人文主义管理思想。西南联大以人格的完善为教育目的,实施通才教育的人才培养观,以"教授治校"、学术自由和学生自治为核心的民主管理思想,充分体现了西南联大中西合璧的人文主义教育管理思想特色。
South-West Associated University is a miracle in Chinese history of higher education. Combining the humanistic spirit in Confucianism with the humanism in Western culture, the administrators of SWAU formed a series of unique humanistic administration ideas. With its education goal of perfecting students' personality, SWAU cultivated versatile persons to meet the demands of the society. Its unique administration idea of the combination of Chinese and Western educational philosophy was reflected in its democratic administration of 'professor administration', academic freedom and student-centered autonomy. All these are good references to the present reform of higher education.
