摘要
目的 探讨C 反应蛋白 (CRP)在成人高血糖发生中的作用。方法 用ELISA方法测定成人中糖尿病患者、空腹高血糖 (IFG)者、糖耐量减低 (IGT)者及血糖正常者的CRP水平。结果 糖尿病组及IGT组血清CRP水平均显著增高 ;IFG组与血糖正常组血清CRP水平亦有统计学意义上的差异 ;结论 CRP可能在成人某些血糖调节异常的发生中发挥一定作用。
Objective To study the possible role of C reactive protein(CRP) in the development of hyperglycemia in adults.Methods Determination of CRP levels in normoglycemic participants and participants who had diabetes,impuired fasting glucose(IFG) or impaired gluase tolerance(IGT) was made by ELISA.Results CRP levels in diabetics and IGT group were significantly higher than that in normoglycemic controls.There was no significant difference in CRP levels between IFG group and normoglycemic controls.Conclusion CRP may play a role in the development of hyperglycemia in adults.Insulin resistance may lead to raised concentration of CRP.
