摘要
目的 ER、PR与C erbB 2、EGFR在乳腺癌中的表达及相关性。方法 免疫组织化学EnVision二步法对 5 5例乳腺癌ER、PR、C -erbB - 2、EGFR的表达进行检测。结果 乳腺癌中的ER、PR、C -erbB - 2、EGFR阳性率分别为 5 2 .7% ,4 7.3% ,30 .9%和 4 5 .5 %。ER、PR、C -erbB - 2、EGFR的表达与乳腺癌的组织类型、分化程度具有相关性 ,与其浸润转移无相关性。ER、PR与C -erbB 2、EGFR的表达呈负相关。结论 ER、PR、C -erbB 2、EGFR的检测对乳腺癌治疗方案的制定和预后估计有重要意义。
Objective To study the correlationship of expressions of ER、PR and C-erbB 2、EGFR in breast cancer.Methods The expression of ER、PR and C-erbB 2、EGFR was tested with Envision immunohistochemical technique in 55 cases of breast cancer.Results The positive rate of ER、PR and C-erbB 2、EGFR expression was 52.7 %, 47.3 %, 30.9 % and 45.5 %, respectively, and has correlationship with histological type and differentiation degree, and has no correlationship with the characterization of invasion and metastasis. ER PR expression has a negative correlationship with C erbB 2 and EGFR expression.Conclusion Testing of ER、PR 、C-erbB 2 and EGFR expression was of great significance to the formulation of therapeutic scheme and assession of prognosis.
