恶性血液病合并尿崩症和7号、3号染色体异常的联系

摘要
恶性血液病合并尿崩症(DI)十分罕见,迄今只有70余例报道。他们中有27例作过细胞遗传学检查,其中以急性髓细胞白血病所占比例为多。本文对这些病例的细胞遗传学、临床、血液学和预后特点以及发病机制进行综述。
