锤头状核酶在抗白血病基因治疗中的作用

摘要 锤头状核酶是一类具有酶活性的RNA,可以序列特异性地定点切割靶RNA,从而阻断有害基因的表达。在基因调控、抗病毒复制、抑制癌基因方面有较大进展。本文主要阐述锤头状核酶在抗白血病基因治疗中的作用。
