摘要
本文以系统科学的方法,从产业结构五力分析模型的局限入手,对企业外围环境的八种经济主体以及一般环境与企业的关系进行了分析,论述了各种经济主体角色的动态变化及其对企业竞争优势的作用,阐明了外围环境与企业内部制度、资源能力的对应关系,给出完整的基于企业层次的竞争作用力分析模型。
Using systematic approach, analyzing from the limitation of the five-force analytic model for industrial structure, the paper discusses the environment forces on the corporate, and illustrates the relationships between the general environment, eight economic bodies and corporate system, and explains the dynamic shifts of the eight economic bodies and their effects on corporate competitive advantage. Finally, by connecting the environment, the resources and capabilities in the corporate, the paper establishes the entire model for the environmental force on the corporate competitive advantage.
