摘要 经过真空熔烧Ni基合金 +WC复合涂层的 4 5钢基体的硬度和强度都很低 ,为了提高基体的硬度 ,对涂层后的材料进行调质处理。调质后涂层硬度不变 ,而基体硬度有较大的提高。通过旋转弯曲疲劳试验 ,比较涂层试样与未涂层试样在调质处理后的疲劳强度。试验结果表明 ,在低周疲劳时 ,涂层试样的疲劳强度大于未涂层试样 ;在高周疲劳时 ,涂层试样的疲劳强度小于未涂层试样。 Hardness and strength of the substrate of vacuum melting Ni based alloy-WC composite coating is low. After hardening and tempering, hardness and strength of the substrate was increased. Hardness of the substrate was increased and hardness of the coating was not varied after heat-treatment. By means of bend-rotation fatigue test, the fatigue strength of Ni based alloy-WC composite coating and uncoatings specimens were compared after hardening and tempering.On the basis of experiment result, The strength of the coating specimens were higher than that of the uncoating specimens in low cycle fatigue,and the fatigue strength of the uncoating specimens was stronger than that of the coating specimens in high cycle fatigue.
