Under the new si tuations,libraries face the new chance and challenges.How do libraries exist and develop in the social circumstance?This dissertation tries to find the answer t hrough the exploitation and utilization of web information.Nowadays,with the rap id development of Internets,college libraries only can be successful in the comp eting environment unless they depend on the characteristics and regard readers needs as their own aims.
