摘要
采用自行研制的掺Yb3 + 单模光纤和新颖的全光纤连接方案 ,实现了 10 6 0nm窄线宽、环形腔光纤激光器的成功运转。从理论和实验上探讨了耦合器输出比对激光器输出性能的影响 ,对不同光纤长度所构成的激光器进行了实验研究 ,发现在现有实验条件下 12m为最佳长度。入纤抽运阈值功率约为 30 .2mW ,当入纤功率达最大值4 2 .8mW时 ,得到最大激光输出 7.5mW ,半峰全宽≤ 0 .2nm ,相对于入纤抽运功率的斜率效率为 6 1.7%。
A ring cavity laser operating at 1060 nm with narrow FWHM is realized by using a novel and all-fiber scheme. Yb 3+-doped single-mode fiber is made by authors. The output characteristics of the Yb 3+ -doped fiber laser are discussed theoretically and experimentally. Optimal fiber length is found to be 12 m through the fiber laser experiments with different lengths of Yb 3+-doped fiber. The threshold of launched pump power is 30.2 mW. When launched pump power is 42.8 mW, the maximum laser output is 7.5 mW with a FWHM≤0.2 nm. The slope efficiency is 61.7% with respect to the launched pump power.
