摘要
通过在Gleeble 1500热模拟实验机上对30MnSiV钢进行高温压缩变形实验,研究了变形条件对其动态再结晶行为的影响。结果表明,变形的温度、速率及程度均对30MnSiV钢的动态再结晶有影响。获得了30MnSiV钢动态再结晶产生的条件及动态再结晶激活能。
The effect of deformation condition on dynamic recrystallization of 30MnSiV was studied on Gleeble-1500 simulator. The results showed that the dynamic recrystallization of 30MnSiV is influenced by deformation temperature, deformation rate and deformation amount. The conditions and activation energy for dynamic recrystallization of 30MnSiV have been obtained.
