摘要
应用~3H-TdR体内标记放射自显影术观察了DMH诱发的小鼠大肠癌、癌旁粘膜及正常小鼠结肠粘膜上皮细胞动力学改变。其标记指数(LI)分别为13.43%、6.36%和3.57%,三者之间具显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);标记细胞的分布,在正常结肠粘膜集中于结肠粘膜隐窝中、下部,癌旁粘膜出现标记区扩大和上移现象,在大肠癌组织中,标记细胞呈弥漫分布。本文结果支持大肠癌组织起源系原位发生之学说。
By in vivo 3H-TdR incorporation autorabiography, the cellular kinetic changes were studied in the colonic cancer tissue, its adjacent mucosa and the normal colonic mucosa in mice with colonic cancer induced by injecting DMH ( 1.2-dimethylhdrazine ) . The labeling index (LI) in the 3 localities was 13.43%, 6.36% and 3.57% respectvely; the differences between them were significant ( p<0.01 and <0.05). The labeled cells were confined to the middle and basal portions of crypts in the normal mucosa, spread toward the top of crypts in the adjacent mucosa and diffused in the cancerous tissue. The present results support the theory of origination in situ of colonic cancer.
