摘要
通过病例分析及文献复习对比颈段食管重建的各种术式,其中胃代食管效果较好。
Neck-esophageal reconstruction was performed in 7 cases of varied pathology of the neck region in the past 3 years. The results of stomach re-plicing neck esophagus were better than that of deltopectoral flap. The relevant literature is reviewed.
