摘要
子宫肌瘤是妇女最常见的盆腔肿瘤之一 ,但其发病机制以及发生发展的分子生物学基础迄今未明。差异表达基因分析技术mRNA差异显示、代表性差异分析、抑制性消减杂交、DNA微阵列等可确定并克隆子宫肌瘤与正常肌层差异表达的基因 ,不仅有助于揭示子宫肌瘤的发病机制 ,而且为临床诊断和治疗提供新的思路。
Leiomyoma of uterus is one of the most common pelvic tumors of women, but its pathogenesis and molecular biological basis of development and growth remain unclear up to now. Differentially expressed gene analysis techniques, such as mRNA differential display, representational difference analysis, suppression subtractive hybridization, DNA microarray can identify and clone the differentially expressed genes in leiomyoma of uterus and in normal myometrium, which can not only contribute to reveal pathogenesis of leiomyoma of uterus but also provide new clues to diagnosis and treament for it. This article reviewed applications of differentially expressed gene analysis techniques in diagnosis and treament of the disease.
