摘要 多层隔热结构作为不承载的隔热层是金属热防护系统中重要的组成部分。多层隔热结构内存在复杂的多种传热形式的耦合 ,文中详细地分析了多层隔热结构导热与辐射的复合换热问题 ,用二热流近似方法分析了纤维席内辐射热流。应用非线性全隐式有限差分法建立了多层隔热结构瞬态传热分析模型 ,并将该模型的预测结果与实验值进行对比。 Metallic thermal protection systems have been proposed for insulating major portions of reusable launch vehicles. Lightweight, non-load-bearing multi-layer insulation is an important insulation part of metallic thermal protection systems. The combined radiation/conduction heat transfer in high-temperature multi-layer insulations is investigated in the present study. The radiation heat transfer is modeled using the two-flux approximation. A numerical model is introduced by using nonlinear, implicit, one-dimensional, finite volume method. The numerical model is validated by comparison with transient thermal tests simulating reentry aerodynamic heating conditions. This model makes systematic and tailored design of multi-layer insulation become feasible.
