《周易》认为世界“变动不居” ,君子需要顺应天地的变化而变化 ,其理论对现代管理者的素质塑造有诸多启示 :自强不息是现代管理者必需的精神素质 ;与时偕行是其必需的能力素质 ;
Zhouyi holds that the world is varying at all times.T herefore ,man must adjust to his action with the worlds varying at all times.which give us revelation for molding modern handlerss diathesis:constantly strive to bec ome stronger is the necessary spirit diathesis of modern handlers;make advance i n keeping with era is the necessary ability diathesis;and make sure his position according with circumference is the necessary action diathesis.All these have a n important play for modern handlers.
