摘要
综述了制备金属氧化物纳米微粒的主要方法,即固相法(固相热分解法、高温固相化学反应法、室温固相化学反应法)、液相法(沉淀法、水解法、溶胶-凝胶法、微乳液法、水热法、溶剂热法、辐射合成法)、气相法等.讨论了各种制备方法的优缺点及研究进展,指出了金属氧化物纳米微粒制备研究中存在的问题及研究方向.
The preparing methods of metal oxide nano-particles are reviewed.These methods include solid phase method reaction (thermal decomposition method,high temperature solid phase chemical method,room temperature solid phase chemical method,liquid phase method (precipitation method,hydrolysis method,hydrolysis,micro-lacteous method,sol-gel method,hydrothermal reaction method,solvothermal reaction method,radiation method and gas phase method.The advantage,disadvantage and research of these methods are discussed.The problems that exist in the preparing study of metal oxide nano-particles and research development are put forward.
