摘要
目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在置器出血子宫内膜组织中的表达及其意义。方法:在宫腔镜协助下,利用免疫组织化学方法和计算机图像分析技术,对3组受试者子宫内膜中VEGF、bFGF进行检测。Ⅰ组为置器后有异常子宫出血妇女30例,其中金属O型IUD 15例;T型IUD 15例。Ⅱ组为置器后月经正常的妇女16例,其中金属O型IUD 8例,T型IUD 8例;Ⅲ组为无置器月经正常的妇女15例。结果:Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组间VEGF在子宫内膜腺上皮表达差异有显著性(P<0.05)。金属O型IUD和T型IUD在各组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组间bFGF在子宫内膜腺上皮、间质部表达差异有显著性(P<0.05)。O型IUD和T型IUD在各组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:VEGF、bFGF表达下降,影响受损伤的子宫内膜血管的再生修复能力,引起放置IUD出血;在放置金属O型IUD与T型IUD的子宫内膜中VEGF、bFGF的表达无差异性。
Objective: To study the expression and significance of VEGF and bFGF in endometrium bleeding for inserting IUD. Methods: VEGF and bFGF of three groups were tested by immunohistochemistry method and computer image analysis technique with the help of hysteroscope. I group: 30 patients bled abnormally in their uterus after inserting IUD. Each 15 patients of them used metal 0 shape and T shape, respectively. H group: 16 patients had normal menstrual cycle after inserting IUD, 8 patients with metal 0 shape and 8 patients with T shape. H group: 15 patients had normal menstrual cycle without inserting IUD. Results: There was significant difference in endometrial glandular epithelium expression among VEGF of three groups (P < 0. 05). while there was no difference between metal 0 shape and T shape in each group (P > 0. 05) . There was significant difference in the endometrial glandular epithelium and interstitial expression among bF-GF of three groups (P < 0. 05), while there was no difference between metal 0 shape and T shape in each group (P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusions: Low expression of VEGF and bFGF influenced recovery ability of the in-jured endometrial blood vessel and caused bleeding for inserting IUD. There was no difference in inserting metal 0 shape IUD and T shape IUD between VEGF and bFGF.
