摘要
产品的固有可靠性,只有通过设计过程的可靠性活动才能获得。它是可靠性设计、可靠性试验和可靠性管理的结果。要验证产品的可靠性,就必须对产品进行大量试验分析和研究工作。可靠性增长试验,就是在产品的研制阶段,采用模拟的综合环境,对产品等进行的试验。通过“试验—分析—解决”的途径,暴露产品缺陷,采取纠正措施,及早地解决大多数可靠性问题。 本文主要介绍了两种角速率传感器参加的可靠性增长试验以及试验方法和数据分析等情况。
It is well known, the intrinsic reliability of products can. be obtained oaly by the reliability of process design. It is the results of reliability design, reliability test and reliability management. In order to proof the reliability of products, many tests and researches must be done. The reliability increase test is the test for products which are in the stage of developiuent by using simuluted synthetic conditions. The problem of products is found by the method of 'test-analyze-solve', then the problem of reliability is solved by the adjusted method in time.
This paper mainly described thelreliability increase test and jits test meth'od and data analysis which1 two angular rate sensors were used.
