摘要
焦炭塔裙座焊缝环向开裂是现役焦炭塔普遍存在的一种严重缺陷。本文根椐焊缝区域温度、应力的测试结果,并在对其变化规律分析的基础上,提出了为降低频繁交替出现的高幅值的轴向应力,适当降低结构的约束刚度和轴向温度梯度的改造方案。该方案实施后的测试与运转结果表明,轴向热应力幅值有明显的下降,有效地抑制了裂纹的产生与扩展。
The circumferential cracking of the skirt weld is a serious defect,which commonly exists in the coke tower in service. A remaking scheme is put forward in this article to reduce the longitudinal heat stresses that frequently and alternately arise in the weld in large value, with reducing appropriately the binding rigid and the longitudinal temperature gradient of the structure,according to the results of measuring the stresses and the temperatures in the weld region and the analysis of them. The results of measuring and operating after the scheme being implemented showed that the value of longitudinal heat stresses had largely been reduced and the generation and the growth of the crack had effectively been controlled.
