摘要
现行公安管理体制在新形势下存在种种不适应,必须进行改革。改革现行公安管理体制必须澄清一些认识上的误区,这样,才能给公安工作带来质的飞跃。
In new situation,there exist different kinds of maladjustment in public security management system,to adapt the demand of developing social market economy in our country,we must reform actual management system of department of public safety.New qualitative changes will be brought on public security working by ininstitutional reform,but it needs to defecate some cognitional errors.
