摘要
应用反应速率分析方法,测定了钛片和表面有阳极氧化层的钛片在恒容体系和475~680℃下的吸氘反应速率常数,得到钛片和有阳极氧化层的钛片吸氘的活化能分别为112±2kJ/mol和187±3kJ/mol;钛表面氧化层越厚,表观活化能越大;实验证明氧化层具有阻氘性能。
The reaction rate for the deuterium absorption of titanium and titanium with anodic oxide layer in a constant volume system are measured in the temperature range of 475 to 680℃. The activation energy values obtained by this analysis for the absorption of titanium and titanium with anodic oxide layer are 112±2 and 187±3 kJ/mol, respectively.
