摘要
20世纪最后二十年中,新自由主义经济思潮重新兴起并逐渐占据统治地位,影响到世界经济的各个方面,似乎形成了新自由主义经济思潮的一统天下。但就在新自由主义大行其道的同时,在西方经济学家中也出现了从理论和实践的角度批判新自由主义经济模式的强烈呼声,有越来越多的人认识到新自由主义经济思潮可能带来的危害,新自由主义经济思潮的影响日益式微。从经济理论和实践的角度对新自由主义经济思潮及其误区进行重新认识,可以把经济发展战略和政策的制定放到一个更加坚实的基础之上,避免经济出现不必要的失误和曲折,取得更大的经济发展。
The last two decades of the 20th century witnessed the rise and widespread of neoliberalism in the world economy. The neoliberalism thoughts have gradually dominated over the variable facets of the world economy. It seems that the neoliberalism for a time has gained a unified domain in the social and economic thoughts. While the prevailing of the neoliberalism, there emerged more and more criticisms on the neoliberalism from the Western economists. More and more people have realized the harms and negative effects that the neoliberalism might have on the development of the world economy. The rethinking of justice of the neoliberalism from both the theory and practice may lay a sound foundation in formulating the economic development strategies and policies, avoiding the unnecessary errors and complications in the economy, and help to achieve greater economic development.
