摘要
作者合成的新显色剂2,4-二溴-6-羧基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯,在pH 11.0的Na_2B_4O_7-NaOH缓冲介质中,有非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,可与Ag(Ⅰ)生成稳定的2:1红色配合物,配合物的λ_(max)=552nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(552)=1.05×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。Ag量在0~400ng/ml范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于测定废水及矿石中的痕量Ag,结果满意。
A new reagent, 2,4-dibromo-6-carboxybenzenediazoaminoazobenzend,was synthesized, it forms a stable red complex with Ag( I )in the presence of triton X-100 in a borax buffer solution of pH 11.0. The maximum absorbance of the complex is at 552 nm with a molar absorptivity of 1.05 × 105L-mol-1-cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range 0'-400ng/ml for Ag. The method has been applied to determining of trace Ag in waste water and geological samples.
