摘要
形势的发展使高校学报工作面临着新的挑战和机遇,也对高校学报提出了新的更高的要求,面对这种严峻的形势,高校学报必须解决一些尚存的问题,坚持发展的原则,与时俱进。
The developing situation encounters univeristy journals with both new challenges and new opportunities, and demands new and higher requirements for them, too. In face of such a severe situation, university journals must strive to solve some remaining problems, hold fast to the principle of development and advance with time.
