摘要
根据企业生命周期理论,家族企业要经历创业期、发展期、成熟期和衰退期,其中成熟期又可分为成熟前期和成熟后期。我国家族企业发展现状说明成熟后期是决定家族企业持续发展的关键时期,所以可以把这一时期称为转化期。转化期中存在许多问题,本文探讨其中几个主要问题,并试图寻求解决的措施,推进我国家族企业的持续发展。
According to the theory of life cycle of enterprise, family businesses undergo the phases of initiating, developing, maturing and de-clining. The maturing phase is composed of the early stage and the late stage. The current situation of family businesses in China shows tliat the key period of family business continual development is the late stage of maturing, so we call it transforming phase. There are many problems dur-ing this phase. This paper aims to find measures to solve some inajor problems of in this phase, so as to promote family businesses continual development.
