摘要
"筱原两基准"和"关联效应"理论在区域主导产业的选择中提供了理论依据,但都存在不同程度的片面性。本文对上述两个理论进行改进并应用于陕西省主导产业的选择,对陕西省各大产业在区域比较优势标准、收入弹性原则、生产力上升标准以及产业的关联度等四个方面进行统计分析,并对相应的数据进行科学处理最终确定其主导产业,从而为其制定正确的产业政策奠定基础。
Miyohiko Shinohara's two standards' and 'Interrelevant effects' have provided theory basis of the choice of regional dominant industries, but the unilateralism existed differently.This paper improved the two theories and adapted them to the choice of dominant industries of Shaanxi province. After the standard of regional relative advantages,the principle of income elasticity, the standard of productivity rising and the association of industries had been analyzed,and the data had been disposed,the dominant industries were decided.Consequently,it will be a base on which the regional industry polices for Shaanxi province can be properly established.
