摘要
目的 :探讨全民食盐加碘水平下调后孕妇碘营养状况的变化。方法 :选择单纯食用合格碘盐补碘的 5 0名孕妇作为研究组 ,于妊娠 12周~ 15周收集尿标本 ,酸消化砷铈接触分光光度法测定尿碘水平 ,与作为对照组的 1999年同一地区 6 0名孕妇的尿碘水平进行比较。结果 :研究组孕妇尿碘水平为 111.0 0 μg L ,对照组为 2 5 8.2 6 μg L ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :全民食盐加碘水平下调后 ,单纯食用合格碘盐不能满足孕妇妊娠期对碘的生理需求 。
Objective:To investigate the change of iodine nutritional status in the pregnancy after the consistence of salt iodine was regulated.Methods:The urine iodine levels of 50 pregnant women as the study group were tested by spectro photometry.The results were compared with those of the control group who were 60 pregnant women in the same area in 1999.Results:The median of urine iodine concentration in the study group was 111.00 μg/L,and evidently lower than of the control group( P <0.05).Conclusions:After the consistency of salt iodine was modulated,iodine intakes daily only from the qualified iodizded salt can not satisfy the need of gestation,so pregnant women need special supplementation.
