摘要 断路器操作控制是变电站保护及自动化整个控制过程的最后环节,是执行环节,对电网安全运行有着重大的影响;但因其相对简单,比起保护的其它方面得到较少的关注,规程、反措等文件在这方面提及不多也不够深入,使得实际工程设计的做法多种多样。对这方面常见的一些接线方式进行分析,结合继电器参数和动作特性,分析错误接线出现异常现象的原因及其对运行的影响,指出正确的接线方式。 The operation and control of circuit breaker is the last stage of the whole control process of substation protection and automation, which is the executive stage, and has important influence on the safety of power network. But it gets less attention just because it is simpler than relay protection, and it is not often mentioned or emphasized in regulations, thus the designs are diverse in practical engineering.Based on the analysis of some connection modes,and considering the relay parameters and characteristics, this paper gives the reasons for abnormal phenomena of wrong connection and its influence on electric network operation, and puts forward the proper connection mode.
