摘要
从丹参中提取的三种水溶性成分丹酚酸A、丹酚酸B和丹罗酚酸,对由维生素C-NADPH或由Fe^(2+)-半胱氨酸诱发的大鼠脑、肝、肾微粒体的脂质过氧化都有很强的抑制效应,其作用强弱依次为丹酚酸A、丹酚酸B、丹罗酚酸,比抗氧化剂维生素E的作用强百倍至千倍。机制之一是这些成分能有效地清除超氧阴离子。
The antioxidative effect of three water-soluble components isolatedfrom Salvia miltiorrhiza has been investigated. All the three components were found to in-hibit both NADPH-vit C and Fe^(2+) - cysteine induced lipid peroxidation (malon-dialdehyde formation) in rat brain, liver and kidney microsomes in vitro . The order oftheir inhibitory effect is as follows: salvianolic acid A, salvianolic acid B and rosmarinicacid. The inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation induced by NADPH-Vit C was morethan that induced by Fe^(2+)- cysteine. In addition, the three compounds lowered the produc-tion of superoxide anion radical (O_2) in xanthine- xanthine oxidase system. The order oftheir potency was similar to that in antilipoperoxidation. The above results suggest thatthe three components have strong antilipoperoxidant activity in vitro, which may be partlythrough scavenging O_2.
