摘要
为探索农村中学英语教师继续教育课程设置与培养模式 ,本文从农村地区中学英语教师的基本情况、教育教学现状及教师对继续教育的需求三个方面进行了全面的调查 。
In order to probe into the curriculum design and training models of continuing education of the middle school English teachers in the countryside, this paper tends to make much more complete investigation from three aspects, on the middle school English teachers' basic situations in the country side, the current condition of English teaching and learning in the middle school and some requirements for the continuing education of the English teachers. On the basis of these three respects, five kinds of suggestions about the curriculum design and training models of continuing education of the middle school English teachers in the countryside are put forward.
