摘要
深入探讨了客户群体划分的机理,指出客户群体可分为3类:价值取向型、利益驱动型及随机游荡型。根据客户群体划分类型及其特征,提出了使用数据挖掘技术来实现客户群体的分类。
This paper discusses the mechanism of customers partition and makes clear that the customers can be divided into three part:s:value - oriented,benefit - oriented and stochastic,Atlast,this paper points out that the customers partition can be realized byusing data mining technology according to the types and characters of customers partition.
