摘要
本文介绍了萍钢新区高炉喷谋长距离(当量长度1.4km)输送煤粉工艺主要参数的确定及其实践情况。实践表明,混合器的压缩空气喷嘴直径和喷吹罐罐压是两个关键参数,当它们分别为20mm和490kPa时,小时煤粉输送量达到12t。
In this paper, the principal parameter determination and practice of coal powder long distance (equiv. length 1. 4km ) conveyance process of coal injection into blast furnace a: New District of Pingxiang I & S Works are introduced. The practice shows that the diameter of pressured air jet of the mixer and the tank pressure of injection tank arc two key parameters, when the jet diameter is 20mm and tank pressure is 490kPa, coal powder conveyed per hour reaches the amount of 12 tonnes.
