摘要
近十年来,在中国CSP生产技术的发展应用取得了显著的成果.通过对珠钢CSP生产厂的生产组织管理实践的总结分析,对生产组织管理模式进行了大胆的探索,提出了生产的全过程"核心管理";有机的"矩阵管理"和大跨度"精干管理"的组织管理模式,对CSP生产厂的生产组织管理具有一定的指导意义.
In the past decade, the advancement and application of the CSP technique have gained a big momentum in China. By summarizing the experience in managing the CSP production at Zhujiang Steel Co., and by a thorough investigation of tentative production management modes, a concept of 'core management' used for the overall production process is proposed, and the so-called 'matrix management' and interdepartmental 'concise management' are put forward, which would serve as a guideline to the CSP plants.
