雾化吸入前列环素I_2治疗肺动脉高压新进展 被引量：1

摘要 PGI_2具有扩张血管和抑制血小板聚集的作用。静脉注射PGI_2在降低肺动脉压的同时对体循环动脉压影响很大,且有很多副作用,如头痛、眩晕、腹痛、流感症状、恶心呕吐及心率失常等。但吸入PGI_2具有明显选择扩张肺血管的作用而对体循环动脉压影响不大,并成功地用于处理不同类型的肺动脉高压,如ARDS、心肺转流术后或右心衰伴肺动脉高压等。本文综述近几年来吸入PGI_2处理肺动脉高压的新进展。
