摘要
目的 观察采用不同方式植入羟基磷灰石(HA)义眼座的临床效果。方法 对27例患者根据眼部的不同条件,分别以全镂空巩膜壳内植入式、半巩膜壳内植入式及肌锥内植入式等手术方法植入义眼座,并对其效果进行分析比较。结果 3种术式义眼座活动度有明显不同,全镂空巩膜壳内植入式活动度最好且并发症少。结论 义眼座植入全镂空巩膜壳内能获得最理想的手术效果。
Objective To evaluate the effects of different hydroxyapatite orbital implant surgery procedures. Methods Twenty-seven patients subject to hydroxyapatite orbital implant surgery procedures were divided into three groups according to their individual orbital conditions and received different kinds of surgery procedures, namely intra-polyporate sclera shell, intra-semi sclera shell and intermediate extraocular muscles. Results The effect of intra-polyporate sclera shell procedure were better than the other two procedures, with ideal mobilization of the orbital implant and least complication. Conclusion Intra-polyporate sclera shell surgery procedure was most recommendable in hydroxyapatite orbital implant surgery.
