摘要
通过难溶双氮桥联菲咯啉大环化合物H2 HAPP的三氟醋酸盐在混合溶剂中的去质子化反应制备了该大环化合物的均相溶液 ,并且获得了该大环化合物的高分辨率紫外 -可见光谱 .利用 pH滴定法研究了H2 HAPP在二氯甲烷 /甲醇(体积比为 1∶1 )混合溶剂中的质子化反应 .结果表明 ,该大环化合物环外的两个氮原子可以在不同 pH值下分别被质子化 .光谱滴定实验结果显示 ,在二氯甲烷 /甲醇溶液体系中 ,Co2 + 、Cu2 + 和Zn2 +
The homogeneous solution of poor soluble aza-b ridged bis -phenanthroline macrocycle H 2HAPP was obtained via the deprotonation of its tr ifluoroacetate in a mixed solvent, and the high resolved UV-Vis spectra of H 2H APP were recorded in solution. Protonation reaction of H 2HAPP in CH 2Cl 2/CH 3OH solvent (the volume ratio of CH 2Cl 2 to CH 3OH is 1∶1) was studied vi a pH titration. The results indicate that the two outer nitrogen atoms of H 2HAPP are protonized independently with different pH values. Spectroscopic ti tration result shows that the coordination reaction between this macrocyclic lig and and metal ions (Co 2+ , Cu 2+ and Zn 2+ ) goes smoothly in such a homogeneous system.
