摘要
利用等离子熔覆工艺 ,在钢基表面熔覆了一层Ni6 0A合金 ,获得了与基体呈冶金结合的涂层 ,熔覆涂层组织由大量的树枝晶组成。这种树枝晶是由高强韧性的镍基固溶体及其上弥散分布的大量硬质相构成。熔覆涂层的高硬度及大量起到耐磨骨架作用的树枝晶 ,使熔覆涂层具有较高的耐磨性。
Ni60A alloys are coated the base by plasma,and are based metallurgically.The microstructure of the coating include a lot of dendrites,which are made up of Ni-base by solution strengthening and many strengthening phases by dispersion.High hardness and a lot of dendrites enhance wear resistance of the cladding coating.
