摘要
结合实例对塔式多绳摩擦提升机的振动进行了实验研究 ,采用ANSYS软件对提升机和井塔结构动力特性进行了有限元分析 ,对危险工矿进行了计算机数值仿真分析 ,从而找出影响塔式多绳摩擦提升机振动的原因 (振源 )。还建立了塔式多绳摩擦提升机振动的模糊综合评价模型 ,并进行了实例评价。应用文中的方法和建立的模糊综合评价模型可以提高塔式多绳摩擦提升机振动分析与评价的客观性和准确性 ,为有效治理提升机的超限振动提供依据 ,对当前老矿井改造具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper,the experimental research on vibration is made in the light of a living example of tower-type multi-rope friction winder.The dynamical features of the multi-rope friction winder and head-frame are analyzed based on ANSYS,which is powerful finite element analysis software,and the computer added analysis is applied in danger working.The vibrating causes are found.Furthermore the model of fuzzy synthetic judge on vibrating-sources is established,and the vibration sources of tower-type multi-rope friction winder of a specific mine are diagnosed by applying the model.It is shown that the objectivity and accuracy of judge are improved.The necessarily foundation is provided for vibration controlling of the winder.The study will be helpful in transforming old mine and improving productivity.
